We (Defenceview Bangladesh) are a Bangladeshi-owned and registered private company serving the needs of the armed forces, government organisations and private companies within Bangladesh and the Asia-Pacific region. Officially in Bangladesh we are trading as Yead Ltd.

Our licenses, registrations and memberships:

• Incorporated vide certificate of incorporation Number, C-38249 (207)/99 under the companies Act (Act XVIII) of 1994 and that the company is limited by the register of joint stock companies of the People's Republic of Bangladesh dated 26th of July, 1999.
• Registered as indenters, with the chief controller of imports and exports Dhaka and has been allotted registration No. B 23432 until further orders by the chief controller of importers and exporters Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh dated 17th of November, 1999.
• Registered as Importers with the Chief Controller Importers and Exporters Dhaka and have been allotted registration No. B 102111 until further orders by the Chief Controller of Importers and Exporters Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh dated 30th November, 1999.
• Registered as exporters with the Chief Controller Importers and Exporters Dhaka and have been allotted registration No. R 54892 until further orders by the Chief Controller of Importers and Exporters Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh dated 8th of April, 2001.
• Drug license (pharmaceutical/medicinal) of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
• Trade license from the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The trade license is renewed annually.
• Tax Identification Number (TIN): 115-200-1041.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Number: 5111006139-50301.
• Enlisted with Bangladesh Military Engineering Service (MES).
• Enlisted with Bangladesh Director General of Defence Purchase (DGDP).
• Enlisted with Bangladesh Central Ordnance Depot (COD).
• Member of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI).
